Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available 3pm to 7pm.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer shipping at the following rates:

Ranges from 50-150Ranges from 150- 300
Above 1kg
Ranges from 150-300Ranges from 200-400

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

We delicately handle the product and packaging is done in a very proper way. Since, we use third party for delivery so, if you receive damaged products then it’s not because of our fault. Note: If you receive wrong product then we accept returns up to 15 days after delivery only if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

For information about customs process:
  • When ordering from thezeeco.com, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, “Import Fees”), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others): Product category and price Shipping costs and package weight Customs clearance channel Import taxes based on custom duty amounts Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information. To simplify the customs clearance process on products shipped by TheZeeCo, you can see an Import Fees estimation during checkout, for eligible destinations. Import Regulations The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 7am EST or 5pm IST. Note: Only for small orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
