If your bath bomb arrives broken, you have the right to cancel your gift order within 72 hours.

The deadline to cancel an order is 72 hours after you receive the goods or a third party you designate, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product shipped.

We will pay You within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. We will repay you using the same method of payment that you used for the Order, and you will not be charged any fees.

Returns Regulations

Please ensure that the following conditions are met for the Goods to be eligible for a return:

The merchandise was acquired within the previous 72 hours.

The items are brand new and in their original packaging.

The following items are not returnable:

If the items are not in a gift basket, they cannot be returned.

The provision of goods that are custom-made or tailored to your needs.

The provision of goods that, by their nature, are not returnable, deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.

After delivery, the supply of goods that are not acceptable for return due to health or hygiene issues were opened.

The delivery of commodities that, by their nature, are inseparably combined with other items after delivery.

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deny returns of any goods that do not match the above return restrictions.

Only gift basket items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. If the law does not allow it, this exclusion may not apply to You.

Returning Purchases

The items will be picked up by our logistics staff from the address you specify.

Without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Gifts 

You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return if the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you. A gift certificate will be issued to You once the returned product has been received.

We will refund the gift donor if the Goods were not designated as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to You later.
